Okehampton Excelsior Silver Band

Okehampton Excelsior Silver Band is a traditional Brass Band which performs concerts, attends contests and plays at carnivals, fete, parades and events, helping others to raise funds for charity. The Band is not sponsored and is self funded, relying on fundraising events and donations from local organisations and generous support of people in the Okehampton area.

The Band has a busy calendar of events each year, so if you would like the band at your functions an early request is wise.

Okehampton Band is always keen to welcome new players young and not so young.

The band meets on Mondays and Thursdays in the band room in the centre of Okehampton, starting at 7.30pm.  Instruments can be provided if necessary.
